A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to reserve The Cottage on Town Mountain. Should your plans change, be sure to CALL us within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date to ensure a refund of your deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee. October reservations require 30 days advance notice of cancellation. If cancellation is made after the advance notice period, your deposit cannot be refunded. If cancellation is made within 24 hours before scheduled arrival, the full-stay amount will be charged to your credit card. There are no refunds for early check-outs. Reservations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged for the full-stay at the time of reservation with no refunds.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage or breakage beyond normal wear and tear. The Cottage on Town Mountain, or its owners, shall not be held liable for any loss or injury sustained, by you, or any member of your party, during your stay. The maximum occupancy of The Cottage on Town Mountain is two (2) persons. No additional overnight quests are allowed without prior approval. The Cottage on Town Mountain is a NON-SMOKING guest house. Pets are not allowed.
